The publication Representing the Nation was produced in relation to our participation in the International Triennial of Contemporary Art (ITCA) at the National Gallery in Prague in 2008.
ERRATUM is a new cover for the publication Representing the Nation. 500 copies, including an inside update of this publication, with an open description of the complete project and information about all the original writers of the texts, which was not credited in the first issue.
ERRATUM is revealing the imaginary sponsors and funding institutions, thus providing transparency of the process central to read Representing The Nation / Compensation portraits as a publication as artistic intervention.
First presented in The Brno House of Arts (DUMB) then in 2010; Formats of transformation, MUSA Museum auf Abruf, Vienna, Austria 2009 Formats of transformation. Both venues curated by Tomáš Pospiszyl.
